If you are based in or near Hamilton, Palmerston North, or Christchurch and you have smaller items that you or a support person can return yourselves, you can drop these in to one of our warehouses directly. Our equipment suppliers, who directly dispatch some equipment items and also arrange collection of some trial equipment, are also experiencing delays with the couriers and freight companies they use.

We are currently experiencing delays in equipment delivery and collection as Fliway Transport and Post Haste Couriers, our freight partners, are impacted by a perfect storm of high volumes in their freight network and high rates of absenteeism due to COVID-19. Enable New Zealand’s operations, like those of many other businesses and organisations throughout New Zealand, have been significantly impacted by the current Omicron outbreak.
